Our Remote Support utility is a single executable that does not install on your machine. Once downloaded and run, a unique ID and Password is generated which you must then let your technician know in order to start the secured session. This is a single instance and must be repeated for each remote support session.
Any information submitted is for invoicing and newsletter purpose only. We WILL NOT sell or distribute this information. ALL information is encrypted during transit (256bit encrypted connection).
Payment is required at the end of the session (unless directed otherwise).
